Frequently Asked Questions

How do I create an athlete profile if I don't have an email address?

We suggest you create your own email account or use a friend or family members email address (who doesn't have a current SuperSprint athlete profile). All profiles MUST have a unique email address, team members cannot share the same email.

Suggested Email Websites: We recommend using one of the simple and easy (and free) email website addresses from hotmail (www.hotmail.com) yahoo (www.yahoo.com.au) or gmail (www.google.com.au)

I have forgotten my Password and/or Username!

If you can't remember you username or password simply go to the athlete profile login page on the SuperSprint website and click on the 'forgotten your password?' link.

This link will prompt you to enter either your email address or athlete profile username in the field required, which in turn will forward your username and a new password to the email address provided.

Trick of day: once you receive your new password/username details in your email, COPY/PASTE these into the log-in page! Hence reducing the margin for error when trying to type these in. Please also note that once you have tried more than 3 times unsuccessfully, the screen will lock you out much like an ATM for security reasons.

NB: The email address entered must be the same as the email address registered within your athlete profile
