Entry Details
All entries for the SUB Women's Cycle Challenge will be taken via Super Sprint's secure online entry system. There are no postal entries and no entries will be accepted on race day. Individuals entering both the 55km and 20km rides must also indicate the approximate time they estimate it will take them to complete the course to allow for seeded starts. All km/h indicators are based on completing the ride non-stop. If you are planning to stop for breaks at the drink stations on course we recommended selecting a category below your ride ability.
Categories
The SUB Women's Cycle Challenge is a women's only event designed with all standards of cyclists in mind. To assist us with planning for the event we ask you to select your cycling ability when entering. SuperSprint is using the following classifications.
Regular - you are a regular cyclist and would do a ride of this length once a week
Recreational - you cycle occasionally and would do a ride of this length once a month
Novice - you don't cycle often but would like to give it a go for a challenge
Race Cancellation Refund Levy
SuperSprint’s Race Cancellation Refund Levy is an optional levy participants may choose to take out in order to secure a refund of their entry fee in the unlikely situation of event cancellation.
Participants who opt to pay the Race Cancellation Refund Levy will be entitled to a full refund of their race fee only if they are unable to complete the race, in its original or altered format, due to full cancellation by SuperSprint. The Race Cancellation Refund Levy will not be refunded nor will any additional costs incurred by the participant.
The cost of the Race Cancellation Refund Levy is $10 when entering the SUB Women’s Cycle Challenge
The Race Cancellation Refund Levy must be paid by 5pm on Thursday, nine (9) days prior (27/11/08) to the event date. After this date participants do not have the option to take out the Race Cancellation Refund Levy.
