Entry

Profiles & Login Details

All existing profiles and log-in details will remain the same with the new online entry system. Please note that your username in the new online entry system is your First Name and Last Name together with no space in between.

For example:

First name: John

Last Name: Smith

New username: JohnSmith

Passwords will carry over from the old online entry system.

When you login to the new system, please check that your profile details are correct and updated. You'll also note additional fields, such as Emergency Contact details, that will require input.

Most of the duplicate profiles have been deleted, as well as profiles that have not been used in the past 3 years. As with previous seasons, you will only require the one profile and log-in details to enter each event or race.

How to Enter

Enter via our new secure online entry system. If you have entered any SuperSprint event within the last 3 years, you will already have a profile so click on 'Login' under the Enter Online tab on the right hand side of the SuperSprint homepage and request a password prompt if you don't remember yours from last season.

If you are new to SuperSprint events, click on 'Register' under the Enter Online tab on the right hand side of the SuperSprint homepage, enter the required details, then click on CREATE A USER and enter your details, making sure to follow the guidelines on screen.

Once you have logged in or created yourself a new profile, go to the Event you wish to enter (Events are listed under the "Event" tab at the top of the website). Then click on 'Online entry' on the left hand side menu bar of your chosen event.

What are the entry fees?

Early bird entry fees (before 14th November)

 Adults  $45
 Junior (Under 18)  $35
 Team of 3  $120

Regular entry fees (after 14th November)

 Adults  $50
 Junior (Under 18)  $40
 Team of 3  $135

Entry includes official event t-shirt and show bag!

What is in my race kit and when will I get it?

Your race kit will include, number bib, timing band, safety pins and official event t-shirt. You will receive your race kit when you come to registration on Saturday the 6 December or on Sunday 7 December.

Your race kit will not be sent in the mail under any circumstances.

Can someone else pick up my race kit at registration?
Yes. They just need to line up under your surname at registration and collect for you.
Teams in the Sussan Women's Fun Run
In the 2008 Sussan Women's Fun Run, there will be Teams of 3! You can select from two team categories, Family/Friends & Corporate.
How do I enter a team?

To enter a team of 3 into the Sussan Women's Fun Run follow the following steps:

  1. Create an athlete profile via SuperSprint's online entry system
  2. Once your profile has been created go to the Sussan Women's Fun Run homepage and click on 'Online Entry'
  3. Select your event (10km run/walk, 5km run/walk)
  4. Select your team type (Corporate, Family & Friends)
  5. Select your ability
  6. Select your team name and confirm your contact details
  7. Read and accept the terms & conditions, enter you payment details and click 'Pay Now'
  8. Once your payment has been accepted click 'Manage Your Team'
  9. You will then be taken to a 'My Teams' page where you will be prompted to manage your team
  10. All 3 team members (including the team manager) will need to be invited to join the team. This is done by entering the email address of each participant in the team member field provided and clicking on 'invite'
  11. To accept the invitation to enter, login to the email account selected in step 10, open the 'Event Invitation' email and click on the 'confirmation' link. This will prompt each participant to select a t-shirt size and automatically add them to the team, or prompt them to create an athlete profile and join the team.

To check your team completion stautus simply login to your athlete profile and click on 'My Teams'. This will if your team is complete or incomplete.

Can I change from the 10km to 5km race or vice versa?
Changing race distances is subject to the approval of SuperSprint staff. If you wish to alter your race distance you will need to contact SuperSprint at info@supersprint.com.au or on 03 9596 2340.
How do I change my Category if I have been entered into the wrong one?
Changing categories is subject to the approval of SuperSprint staff. If you wish to alter your race category you will need to contact SuperSprint at info@supersprint.com.au or on 03 9596 2340.
Can I enter on the day?
No!
All entries must be done online prior to the event. NO Entries will be permitted on race morning under any circumstances due to insurance reasons!
What if my t-shirt size is wrong?

On Race Day: If your t-shirt size is wrong on race day, go back to registration at the end of the race and see if there are any t-shirts left with which you can change sizes.

Super Sprint will not send out different t-shirt sizes after race day!

T-Shirt Sizes
T-Shirt sizes are based on women's sizes in Sussan stores:

S = women's 10
M = women's 12
L = women's 14
XL = women's 16
Can I get refund if I can’t attend?

Under the terms and conditions of entry, there are no refunds or transfers!

However, if you can provide Super Sprint with a medical certificate (if you are sick or injured) you can obtain a partial refund. There is a $10 administration fee charged for every refund. Please fax through your medical certificate to 03 9596 2346 with your phone number and you will be contacted accordingly.

Can someone who hasn’t entered just join in with me?
No, that person must be entered in the system. As their details will not be in the system they will not be insured if something happens to them. It is dangerous for someone who is not a competitor to take part.

Event Day

Do I have to run?

No.

Although it is called The Sussan Women’s "Fun Run", you are entitled to walk the course if you like. Just be aware that people will be running and to stay at a safe distance away from them.

Are pets allowed?
No animals are allowed on the course. Seeing eye dogs are permitted but Super Sprint must be made aware of this. Email administration info@supersprint.com.au
Are prams allowed?
Prams/stroller/pushers are permitted to race. You must select the Stroller/Pram category when entering! This category will be starting 5mins behind the 5km start time and 10km start time for safety reasons and must be adhered to!
Are men allowed to compete?
No!!
This is a women’s only fun run and no males are permitted to compete.
Is there a clothing drop off area?
Yes there is an area to leave your belongings. The clothing drop off area will be under supervision, however you are advised not to leave any valuables!

Post Event

When do I get my show bag?
At the completion of the race after you cross the finish line, your timing band will be taken from you and you will in turn be given a show bag!
Where can I find photo's of my event?
You can access photo's from our Website under the Gallery heading at the top of the page where you can click on the Sussan Race. The photo gallery will then appear!
My results are incorrect or not showing!!
If your results appear incorrectly and/or are not showing, please make sure you have searched thoroughly before contacting the Timing Company so they can look into your query. Email them at info@bluechiptiming.com.au
