I don't have an email address?
We suggest you create your own email account or use a friend or family members email address (who doesn't have a current SuperSprint athlete profile). All profiles MUST have a unique email address, team members cannot share the same email.
Does it have to be a team of 3?
Yes! Only teams of 3 can be entered into the NISSAN Corporate Triathlon National Series 2012!  
The email invitation link isn't working?
If the email invitation link received by a team member doesn't appear to be working, the team captain must login to their profile, select 'Manage My Teams' and click on 'Cancel' next to the team member's email address who is have difficulties.  Re-enter the team members email address and re-send the invitation. REMEMBER to click on the entire link in the email
My team members have lost their email invitation link?
If you have already invited team members to join your team and the email is lost click on 'Cancel' in the 'Manage your team' section of the team captain athlete profile, re-enter the team members email address and re-send the invitation.

Entry

Profiles & Login Details

All existing profiles and log-in details will remain the same as per last year!

In most cases, your username in the new online entry system is your First Name and Last Name together with no space in between.

For example:

First name: John

Last Name: Smith

New username: JohnSmith

Passwords will carry over from last year (as well as the old online entry system from 2008).

When you login to the new system, please check that your profile details are correct and updated. You'll also note additional fields, such as Emergency Contact details, that will require input.

Most of the duplicate profiles have been deleted, as well as profiles that have not been used in the past 3 years. As with previous seasons, you will only require the one profile and log-in details to enter each event or race.

How to Enter

Enter via SuperSprint's secure online entry system.

Previous SuperSprint Participant 

If you have entered any SuperSprint event within the last 3 years, you will already have a profile so click on the MY PROFILE tab on the top silver menu bar (right hand side).

Enter your username and password, then click 'LOG IN' (big purple button). Ensure your username and password are correct - Forgotten? then click on the 'Forgotten your password' link sitting just under the 'LOG IN' button. New User - Register an Account

If you are new to SuperSprint events, click on the MY PROFILE tab on the top silver menu bar (right hand side).

Then click on the purple REGISTER button located at the bottom of this page. Enter the required details, making sure to follow the guidelines on screen. Then click 'CREATE USER'.

The next screen will prompt you for your username and password that you just created!

After you log in (new and previous users) 

Once you have logged in or created yourself a new profile, please make sure the information in your profile is correct! New users will need to click on EDIT PROFILE (bottom right of screen) to fill in their details.

To Enter the Event

Once you are logged in to your profile and edited any relevant information, you will need to go to the EVENT (Nissan Corporate Triathlon National Series 2012) (Events are listed under the "EVENT" tab at the top of the website).

Then click on ONLINE ENTRY on the left hand side menu bar of your chosen event (lower left).

I have forgotten my password

If you can't remember you username or password simply click on the MY PROFILE tab on the top silver menu bar (right hand side).

Then click on the 'Forgotten your password' link sitting just under the purple  'LOG IN' button. Your username and password will be sent to your email.

This link will prompt you to enter either your email address or athlete profile username in the field required, which in turn will forward your username and a new password to the email address provided.

TRICK OF THE DAY: once you receive your new password/username details in your email, COPY/PASTE these into the log-in page! Hence reducing the margin for error when trying to type these in. Please also note that once you have tried more than 3 times unsuccessfully, the screen will lock you out much like an ATM for security reasons.

Once logged in you are able to change your password to something more meaningful that you will be able to remember.
How do I download my invoice?

Invoices can be downloaded from within the Team Captains athlete profile.

Simply login to the Team Captains athlete profile, click on the 'My Event' tab on the left hand side on screen, then click on the 'Transaction #' corresponding with the NISSAN Corporate Triathlon National Series 2012. A printable version of the invoice with then download on screen.

What are the age restrictions?

To be eligible to compete in the Nissan Corporate Triathlon National Series 2012 you must be at least 18 years of age on event day. 

What does a Main Team Entry consist of?

Main Team Entries (all states other than Sydney) in the Nissan Corporate Triathlon National Series 2012 are run in a relay format in teams of 3.

Team member 1 swims, Team member 1 rides, and Team member 1 runs, then Team member 2 swims, Team member 2 rides, and Team member 2 runs, and finally Team member 3 swims, Team member 3 rides, and Team member 3 runs, before crossing the finish line.

The Timing Band is used as your "baton" and must be handed over at 'team transition' to the next person.

What does a Sprint Team Entry consist of?

Sprint Team Entries (Perth & Adelaide only) in the Nissan Corporate Triathlon National Series 2012 are run in a relay format in teams of 3.

1 person swims, 1 person rides, and 1 person runs.

The Timing Band is used as your "baton" and must be handed over at each transition to the next person (in the bike compound).

What are the conditions of entering a mixed team?
Mixed teams can be of any format, but must have at least one person of each gender.
What are the conditions of entering an informal team?

To be an informal team your team may include people of any gender that do not work full time for the same company. This category is for teams that do not all work full time together.

Please note, only 50 Informal Teams will be accepted in Melbourne and Sydney.

How do I book a marquee?

What do I need when registering?

You will need your electronic registration card which is sent out via email (to the Team Captain only) 2 weeks before the race.

If you do not have a e-registration card (lost or never received) it is preferred that when you come to registration you know your team leaders name or team number.

There is always a team list on the Race Day Information Board at registration to look for your team number (under your company name).

NOTE: if your team selected the Courier Race Kit option (compulsory for Sydney & Gold Coast; optional for Perth & Adelaide) then you did not require the e-registration card. Your team's race kits, showbags and tshirts will be couriered to your nominated day time address the week prior to race day.

Does the entire team have to register?

One person from the team can pick up the race kit for the whole team. The person that picks up the race kit has the responsibility of distributing the contents to the other two-team members (all three team members can also all come down and pick up the race kit together). It is preferred if the person picking up the race kit has the e-registration card, if not they should know their team number.

Can one person collect more than one race kit for his/her company?

Yes, it is preferred if the person picking up the race kits and t-shirts has the e-registration cards or race numbers for all teams. Also they need to be aware that the race kit showbags received are quite heavy and large and is advised that someone comes with them to assist.

How do I change team members in my team?

Category and Team Member Changes

Team Member changes may take place up 2 weeks prior to the race. This can be done online by the team captain by cancelling an 'email invite' and re-inviting the new team member.

NO changes will be made after this deadline!
Under the circumstance where a team member is ill and unable to participate on the day, due to insurance purposes*, a medical certificate must be provided and a $10 administration fee applied IF you require a name change under 2 weeks out.

*Insurance only covers the nominated competitor, therefore an official 'name change' as stated above must take place if you are replacing a team member.

If I can't make an event can I transfer my entry to another race or get a refund?

Under the terms and conditions of entry, there are no refunds or transfers.

If a team member is ill or cannot attend the event race day you may change the team member by cancelling an 'email invite' and re-inviting the new team member.

How do I organise team uniforms?

Team uniforms can be organised through our preferred uniform suppliers for the NISSAN Corporate Triathlon National Series 2012, 2XU and SCODY. 

Companies ordering uniforms from either of the preferred supplier in any race of the National Series will secure guaranteed entries for those teams*.

Event Day

If a team member cannot attend what do we do?
If a team member cannot attend on race day due to any reason, your team can still participate with just the 2 team members. However, team member 2 must finish the event in "team transition" (NOT the finish line). Teams not consisting of 3 members are ineligible for prizes.
What is in my teams race kit?

Your race kit consists of –

For the race:

  • Timing band (to be worn around ankle)
  • Bike Compound security card (Melbourne only),
  • Security Wristband (to worn throughout race)
  • Bike sticker (to be placed in middle of handle bars)
  • Helmet sticker (to be worn on side of helmet)
  • Swim cap (worn during swim)
  • Race Bib (to be pinned to the front of your top - these are also waterproof)
  • Race number (to be written on both arms using the enclosed Sharpie) 
  • Pins
  • Race Day Information Sheet

Competitor Showbag:

  • Official event T-shirt for all team members and showbag valued at over $200.
Can I enter on race morning?
There are absolutely NO entries taken on race day!
Do I have to wear a wetsuit?
It is not compulsory to wear a wetsuit in the Nissan Corporate Triathlon National Series 2012. However it is recommended that in cold conditions a wetsuit is to be worn. The wetsuit cannot exceed 5mm.
Can I race with an MP3 or other music player?
At no time during the competition is a MP3 player, headphones, headset, mobile phone etc permitted as stated in Triathlon Australia’s rules and regulations. Such items will be confiscated.
Is there a bag compound?
There is no bag compound at this event.
Are pets allowed?
Pets are allowed in the venue but not allowed on the course or in the bike compound. It is requested that all animals are kept on leashes.
Am I covered by insurance on event day?

All competitors who enter the NISSAN Corporate Triathlon National Series 2012 will be covered by one-day Triathlon Australia insurance.

Post Event

My results are incorrect or not showing!!

If your results appear incorrectly and/or are not showing, please make sure you have searched thoroughly before contacting SuperSprint.

Please include your name, race number, and any other information that may help, such as other competitors finishing around you. SuperSprint will look into this and get back to you as soon as possible.
