SuperSprint Tri Club Competition
SuperSprint TriClub Competition for 2011/12!
The 2011/12 SuperSprint Tri Club Competition is certain to provide plenty of exciting racing between Victoria's triathlon clubs and squads! This season see’s the competition re-worked to provide an even playing ground for all clubs – from country squads, to the bigger city clubs. Earning points for your club or squad has also been simplified, with each member prompted for their club name in the online entry process (no more “updating” current profiles!)
Prize Pool of $1000 for the Top 3 Triathlon Clubs at the end of the 2011/12 season.
- 1st place $500
- 2nd place $300
- 3rd place $200
- Club members prompted to input their club/squad name when entering each race online (‘Tri Club / School Name’ Field)
- Members must be current, paid up members of the tri club on race day*
Tri Club Talley Board - Top 10 Clubs
Points Allocation (Races 1 to 6)
1 point allocated to each club member participating in either the Gatorade or Active Feet triathlon. A max. 15 points allocated each race, thus providing an even playing ground for various club sizes.
Bonus points for any club member who finish in the Top 5 of their age group
- 1st = 5 bonus points
- 2nd = 4 bonus points
- 3rd = 3 bonus points
- 4th = 2 bonus points
- 5th = 1 bonus point
- 5 bonus points for club spirit (allocated by SuperSprint)
NOTE: To be eligible for this competition all official triathlon squad/club members participating in the Series must be a member of a Triathlon Victoria endorsed triathlon club.
*SuperSprint to email clubs to obtain a list of members before the season to cross check the names of paid up members so that all are eligible.

If your triathlon club/squad has 20 or more SERIES entrants in either the Gatorade Triathlon Series, or Active Feet Fun Tri Series, your club will receive 1 free Series entry! Great for club fundraising!
If you triathlon club/squad has 20 or more INDIVIDUAL entrants into ONE (1) particular race, in either the Gatorade Triathlon Series or Active Feet Fun Tri Series, then your club can receive 1 free entry into either that race or the following race. To take up this offer, please contact the SuperSprint office before the Wednesday prior to the race in question.
