Hi  ,

The 2008 SUB Women's Cycle Challenge was once again a great success!

Melbourne’s first weekend of summer saw 700 eager cyclists take to the streets of Melbourne’s Bay-side suburbs yet again, in what is fast becoming a feature Victorian women’s only sporting event!

The sights of St Kilda, Albert Park, Brighton, Mordialloc and cycling’s infamous beach road all featured in this years event with 55km and 20km distances both offering picture perfect views whilst providing participants the ideal platform to launch their road riding career!

Thank you to all cyclists, spectators and volunteers who helped ensure this years event was once again a great success – see you again in 2009!

Hey girls!

Just a quick CONGRATULATIONS on finishing your SUB Women's Cycle Challenge - St Kilda last weekend! What a CRACKER way to spend a Saturday!

Hope you’ve all recovered and enjoyed the rest of your weekend – there’s nothing like a day off on Sunday knowing you’ve done all your hard work on the Saturday I reckon (ok, apart from you guys who did the Sussan Women's Fun Run as well!)

It was just awesome to meet loads of you over on your sunny side of the Ditch – seeing a bunch of cool chicks ripping into action is EXACTLY why SUB exists, so thank you for helping to make the SUB Cycle Challenge such an awesome day!

Keep in mind the Molenberg SUB Series over here in NZ too – we’ve got events just for women around the country for walking, running or cycling – a perfect excuse to head across for a cheeky wee holiday in NZ for the girls! And at the current exchange rate at the mo, the whole country would be on sale for you guys!

All the info you need is on www.molenbergsubseries.co.nz

Please keep in touch with us via our website www.sarahulmerbrand.com with any feedback or stories you’d like to share with us or the rest of our SUB friends – we love hearing from you guys!

Cheers – and have a ripper summer over there!
